Dorms University Plaza Rooms
University Plaza will provide a carpeted room and a wood finished chair, 3 drawer dresser, blinds, twin extra long mattress, and bed frame. Each standard size, 12' x 13' 9", room will include 4 electrical outlets, one pair on each wall near the air unit for the room.
 
Private Bathrooms
At University Plaza all suites have private bathrooms. That means that you'll never have to walk down the hall again to shower. No more shower shoes! A shower curtain is provided, but you can replace it with your own if you would like to customize your room. 		Private Bathrooms
 
Housekeeping Housekeeping
Not only do all suites have bathrooms, but you don’t even have to clean it. Once a week housekeeping will come and clean your bathroom and vacuum the floor in your foyer and your bedroom. For more information and to see the cleaning schedule, click here.
 
HVAC
The air, or HVAC, can be controlled by the resident by using the control panel built into the casing. HVAC’s run on a water based system and will produce heating or cooling depending on the season. This does not allow for climate control, but allows you to vary the airflow to regulate the temperature by approximately 5 degrees.
 

Phone & Internet
Internet and Phone ports are located in each room. A phone will be provided, but service must be activated by the resident for the phone or internet service. Prior to Move-In you will receive more information in the mail regarding service fees and rates.

 
Cable
The cable box is located on one of the walls near the air unit. The resident must connect to the cable box with coax cable from a VCR or television and use the auto program feature on their television or VCR to set the channels to cable reception. Coaxial cable is not provided, but is sold during Check-In.
