When are my payments due?
Payment is due, in full, for the fall semester on July 1 and for the spring semester on December 1. Service fees do apply.
Do you accept financial aid?
Yes, financial aid is accepted by University Plaza. Normally, payment for the entire semester is due before the semester begins. However, if you are receiving financial aid, you can qualify for a Payment Plan which will delay the majority of your balance until after the semester begins. In order to qualify, you will need to provide proof of financial aid (your awards letter or a letter from your school verifying that you are receiving financial aid). A monthly processing fee will be added to your bill as long as you have a balance due. It’s important to remember that your financial aid will be sent to you and you are responsible for bringing it to us. See Payment Plan for more information.
What is a Payment Plan?
If you qualify, you will be allowed to go on a Payment Plan for your Room and Board. This allows you to pay over time instead of paying the balance prior to the beginning of the semester. What type of Payment Plan you qualify for depends on what institution of higher learning you are attending.
