Regulations
University Plaza provides a private lot for Plaza residents and staff. All resident's vehicles must display a permanently affixed valid University Plaza parking sticker in the lower, driver's side, back window.

 

Handicap Parking
Handicap parking is designated in the visitor areas in both north and south towers, and is in accordance with the guidelines of A.D.A. Only persons displaying proper handicap stickers or plates are allowed to park in these spots.

 

Parking Stickers
Stickers are available to all residents of University Plaza, for a cost of $75.00 per semester. Please bring proof of ownership (registration and insurance) to the Front Desk when you purchase.

 

*University Plaza reserves the right to tow at all times (including weekends) for direct violation of parking regulations.
