Mini Pizzas
Ingredients
1 package of English muffins
1 small jar pizza sauce
8 ounce package of shredded Mozzarella cheese
48 slices of pepperoni (or meat of your choice)
Method
Pour sauce on to open face muffins. Place 4 slices of pepperoni on each muffin. Top each muffin with a generous amount of cheese. Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Jalapeno Popper Spread
Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can of chopped green chilies, drained
2 ounces of canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Method
1. Stir together the cream cheese and the mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. Next, stir in the green chilies and jalapeno peppers. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe serving dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
2. Microwave on high until hot for about 3 minutes.
S'mores
Ingredients
8 graham cracker cookies
2 milk chocolate bars (halved)
4 jumbo marshmallows
Method
Set power on high. For each cookie, arrange 1 graham cracker in center of paper napkin or paper towel; top with chocolate and marshmallow. Cover with graham cracker and wrap in napkin. Arrange on microwave-safe dish and heat 45 seconds to 1 minute. Let stand 2 minutes before unwrapping.
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal With an Egg Boost
Ingredients
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 packet of Apples & Cinnamon oatmeal
1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt
Method
1. Beat egg and milk in a 2-cup microwave safe bowl until blended. Stir in oatmeal.
2. Microwave on high until liquid is absorbed and the egg is set for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Top with yogurt.
Easy Taco Dip
Ingredients
8 ounce cream cheese (softened)
8 ounce sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
Method
Mix together cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in taco seasoning and cheese. Top with more shredded cheese if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
