Regulations
University Plaza provides a private lot for Plaza residents and staff.
All residents' vehicles must display a permanently affixed valid University Plaza parking sticker in the lower,
driver's side, front window.
Handicap Parking
Handicap parking is designated in the visitor area in both north and south towers and is
in accordance with the guidelines of A.D.A. Only persons displaying proper handicap stickers or plates are allowed
to park in these spots.
Parking Stickers
Stickers are available to all residents of University Plaza, for a cost of $125.00.
Please bring proof of ownership (registration and insurance card) at the time of purchase.
