|Recommended: YesWorth the cost — The rent comes with a lot of amenities. I especially like the gym and work area. I wish the ground floor entertainment area is more accessible to residents, as it is usually closed. Aside from that, everything is perfect. The room is spacious and has all your needs.

|Recommended: YesOverall Good Move-In Instructions — From my perspective, I considered the move-in process to be not bad. Big kudos to the Xfinity people for helping with the internet quickly and the people at front desk and maintence for assistance. A couple flaws were in play. I found the elevators to be a bit frustrating, since one of them kept breaking down. Also, I was surprised there were no more cardboard boxes when I arrived 10am . I would have liked there to be more boxes available in the future. Apart from that, the move-in was overall a great experience.

|Recommended: YesControlled chaos — Move in day was hectic, it always will be anywhere near campus, but they were able to have the most control of the chaos as possible. The staff were amazing and made sure everything went smoothly and everything was clearly marked and clean. Any issues people had were solved immediately if it could be, otherwise there was something set up to have it solved asap.
