|Recommended: YesGreat property — Living here is great so far. It can be a little pricey compared to other apartments I've lived in, but utilities and internet are included, so it kind of balances out. It's also very close to where I need to be at NIU, so that's a plus. I would recommend

|Recommended: YesI think the property is organized and structured well. — It's pretty nice living here. You have your own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. The apartment is furnished with the basic necessities. The only downfall to this apartment is that its pretty expensive.

|Recommended: YesGreat for the area — Actual unit was a bit more disappointing than the show units, but overall it is a nice place to stay at. Lots of amenities to use under normal circumstances, and the furnished rooms appealed to me as a renter. Move in process was smooth besides having issues setting up comcast internet which seems to be an ongoing problem each year. Any problems were resolved quickly, some were just a bit of an unexpected inconvenience. Nothing makes me not want to stay here, it is a place for college kids to stay at that is fairly nice and more affordable than dorms.

Thank you for your review, and in-depth response to moving here. Our show units are designed to give tours a glimpse of what a fully decorated apartment could look like. It is never our plan to trick renters, we just enjoy showing everyone what their room could potentially look like with all sorts of design aspects and furnishings. We are happy to hear about your move-in experience, we definitely had a wonderful team this year that absolutely did the best they could with all the different circumstances. Unfortunately, one aspect we could not control was Comcast's decision to not send a representative during that time of the pandemic, but our staff member Dillon did his best to go above and beyond to help everyone we could on-site.
