|Recommended: YesOverall this is a very good place to live, I don't understand most of the negative reviews. When I moved in my unit had slight wear and tear but nothing major. Every once and a while you can hear a neighbor through a wall but you would have that at any apartment complex. The amenities are very nice and the staff is helpful. For student housing I think it is one of the best options in the Dekalb area.

|Recommended: YesEverything is good — I like my current unit but the bathroom seems a little two small for two people. I'd like to transfer to a B-3 Floor Plan so that I can have my own bathroom, if it is available.

|Recommended: YesAn Upgrade from Dormitory — I just moved in a month ago and it’s nice There were a few minor issues that was solved via work order and the maintenance team was great. It took a day or two for them to come by after the request which was a lot sooner than I was expecting. Parking is not pretty lol. You get lucky if you get a good park and if you do, I would hope you don’t have to go out again, even if it’s just 10 mins because it won’t be there when you get back lols. The staff is nice and lobby is pretty well kept. I can’t wait to take advantage of the 24 hr gym and use the pool that is here. There’s also a nice space on the lower level if you wanted to have a study group going or a place to have a social or hold dance practice etc. As far as noise, im lucky to have the neighbors I do lol bc it be peaceful
