|Recommended: YesI think that University Plaza is a very clean and quiet complex. — I think that living at University Plaza is a nice place to live. It is nice that your rent check covers utilities so there is less to worry about. They have great amenities that can be used and the building is safe and secure.

|Recommended: YesOne of of the best places I have ever lived — This is a great apartment. Even though it is a little more expensive compared to other apartments, this apartment is meant for students to be able to live in. I like how they have days where there is free food, how the mailboxes are inside versus outside, the office located inside the building, etc. When picking up a package, it is inside rather than being outside in order to prevent it from being stolen. I like how this apartment helps you find a roommate in case you do not have one. This is by far one of the best places I have ever lived during my time at Northern Illinois University.

|Recommended: YesBest Place to Live as a Student in DeKalb — Great place to live in DeKalb. The staff are friendly and Christina has always been super nice and helpful with any of my questions or concerns. Parking is never an issue, and the parking lot is usually plowed by the time I leave for class. The price of rent is worth it because it includes all amenities, and I always feel safe within the building and my apartment.

|Recommended: YesBest place to live while at NIU — It's the best place to live at if you're looking for a nice apartment while learning at NIU. The only issues are that you can hear your neighbors somewhat well, which can be troublesome for when you want to just relax in peace and quiet.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I was in grad school while living here and I was able to get to campus fast, and the business center helped out a lot with printing papers and forms. The space was comfy and I get I had a great overall stay

|Recommended: YesVery well kept and staff are always available to help — I lived on the 8th floor and it was a love hate relationship. It was nice living on the top floor because you don’t have to worry about anyone making noise above you but, my room got very hot even if you had the air on or the windows wide open. Other than that, UP is a great place to live

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I’ve lived here at UP for awhile and I have no complaints about it. It’s been phenomenal. The one common gripe I hear from others is the cost yet no one seems to realize that it’s a single consolidated cost which covers all your bills and is cheaper than paying everything individually. So debunking the common complaint, there are no other reasons for someone to not move in.
