submitted by Daisy G. - |Recommended: YesDecent living with roommates — It's pretty great when you have roommates. Although some things are run down overall I am pretty happy with the apartment. Just keep a look out for the extra charges they sneak in when rent is due. It won't tel you on the website, you'll have to ask. They aren't too expensive but let try to get things to slide.

submitted by Timothy S. - |Recommended: YesOverall a good experience for a college apartment — Uni Plaza is right on campus do location is great and price is average for the market. They don't bother you with the schools covid restrictions with masks indoors. There is no smoking, the sound from neighbors isn't even noticeable, and there is many options available for room choices. So far my experience at Uni Plaza is much better than any of the school dorms.

Many of our Residents do enjoy the short walk to campus and being close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores as well. We just want to make sure that we do have signs posted as a reminder to wear mask indoors as this is still a state ordinance and it is not just a school restriction. We do our best to keep everyone safe and help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by our cleaners sanitizing surfaces, having hand sanitizer stations available in the common areas, as well as our staff wearing mask. We encourage/recommend that all our residents to wear mask and stop the spread of the virus as well.
