You have access to a kitchen right in your room. The laundry isn’t very far and trash is easy to dispose of no matter what floor you’re on. Very close to the school, walking distance. Staff is wonderful and very helpful.

You can hear your neighbors in the parking lot but if you're used to city living it won't be a huge issue. Timely room maintenance and assistance.

The only issue that has arisen is that you can't change the temperature in your unit. It is only a universal fan that you can only change the speed of. Other than that you can't ask for much better. I'm very pleased that I have chosen to live in University Plaza.
